Registration as a participant and submission of abstract for oral presentation
[IMPORTANT] To be a participant or to submit an abstract for an oral presentation, authors must create an account first. After log in to their account, they can choose whether they attend the seminar as participants or as oral presenter. For the oral presenters, they can choose available topics that suit with the work that will be presented. The whole registration as a participant and submission of abstract are fully online (NOT by email) to guarantee smooth administration. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) as participant can be downloaded directly from your account once you complete the payment. Letter of Invitation (LoI) can be downloaded directly from your account once your abstract is accepted to be presented at the conference. A separate certificate as participant and presenter will be provided for a person who gives oral presentation of his/her abstract.
Payment of Registration Fee
[IMPORTANT] After making the payment, author MUST upload the payment proof through their account (NOT Email). Author can upload by logging in to the online system. Payment receipt can be downloaded directly from your account once your payment is confirmed by the committee.
For student participants/presenters (bachelor, master and PhD level) please attached the scan version of student card along with the proof of payment.
